Custom Decorative Propeller Display Plate
Transforming a functional object into a display piece requires both technical precision and design sensitivity. In this project, the challenge was to create a solution that would securely showcase a propeller while enhancing its aesthetic appeal. The display needed to be functional, durable, and visually refined.

Our answer was a custom decorative plate featuring a powder-coated aluminium base for strength, a precision-machined rod for accurate positioning, and a bespoke brass detail for warmth and contrast. The result is a display that turns a technical component into a striking piece of art.
Design & Concept Development
A tailored design proposal was created to meet the customer’s request. This stage involved defining proportions, material choices, and visual details to ensure the propeller would be displayed securely and attractively.
Production & Machining
​The approved design was translated into precise machining operations. The aluminium base plate was produced on a CNC milling machine to exact dimensions. The display rod and the custom brass element were turned on a lathe, ensuring perfect fit and alignment. Each part was carefully finished and inspected to guarantee accuracy, structural integrity, and a high-quality surface.
Finishing & Assembly
The aluminium base received a powder-coated finish in a special brown RAL colour, chosen to complement the brass detail. All components were then assembled with care, resulting in a final piece that balances strength, precision, and elegance.
